Pak Choi, White Celery Mustard

An Asian type of vegetable. Growth and vegetative capabilities are similar to Chinese cabbage. Broad, white, elongated, fleshy stem and large, rounded, light green leaves. It reaches a growth height of 35-50 cm. For sowing from the end of July/beginning of August; possible harvest in 50-65 days. 30 cm distance between rows, 20 cm in a row. Use in salad or cooked; excellent, slightly spicy taste.
