Atsuko pak-choi

Lower, slightly stocky stature, oval-shaped and medium-sized heads (approx. 1 kg). The leaves have a light green colour with fine curling .

If sown too early, this variety shows less resistance. Sowing only in the second half of July. This stable variety is characterized by uniform firm heads with early development. The compact heads are ideal for delivering vegetables in crates to the home. The very pleasant taste is full and intense. Package weight 5 g.
